End-User Services

We provide our clients two types of services for the same solution:

  • Desktop Applications: The project/solution is transformed into .exe file that will be installed at the customer’s computers.
  • Those applications are connected to the online system to ensure real-time synchronization.
  • Mobile Applications: The solution is also built as an iOS/Android application to ensure the availability of the system in the hands of the customer at any time, and anywhere.
  • The applications are easy to use and have a friendly interface.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

  • This agreement is equipped with our applications/solutions.
  • It constitutes a binding legal agreement between the end-user and Smart Click Technologies.
  • Establishes the terms and conditions by which the end-user is permitted to install and use the Licensed software.

This module records and catches non conformances of organization’s processes and procedures, where they can be accepted or lead to raising a corrective action
